How is Resilient Collective different from a traditional consultancy or recruitment agency?
Unlike traditional consulting firms or recruiters, we operate as a collective of independent consultants. You get direct access to experts without intermediary fees, and engagements are tailored to your exact needs.
What types of companies do you work with?
We work with biotech and life sciences companies at every stage of development, from startups and scale-ups to established companies, venture builders, accelerators, CROs, and investors.
Do you only support biotech companies, or do you work with other sectors as well?
While our primary focus is biotech, life sciences, and healthcare, our consultants also provide expertise in areas like business development, legal, intellectual property, HR, and operations, making us valuable to adjacent industries as well.

Let us know your requirements, and we will source the right independent consultant beyond our current network. We have a growing community and an extended network we can tap into.
Do I need to go through Resilient Collective to contact a consultant, or can I reach out to them directly?
Once you identify the consultant you want to work with, you can engage with them directly without any middleman fees. If you need guidance, we are happy to facilitate introductions.

Our consultants are available for short-term projects, long-term engagements, and ongoing advisory roles, depending on your needs.

Do you charge companies for finding consultants?
No, there is no cost to companies for using Resilient Collective to find and connect with independent consultants.
